Nutrition for a teen

Hi guys I'm nearly 15 years old and 136 lbs, 15.5%bf, 5'6 and have a lean muscle mass of 51 kg.

I'm thinking of cutting to 10% body fat but have heard that it stunts growth so I'm not really sure on what to do cause I can't bulk or cut.
