How much rice for a clean bulk?

I just started eating rice regulary to gain some size. I am super lean but want to add a bit of mass before summer this year. I don't know anything but 60% of my Cal's should come from carbs. Do I eat 1 cup a day or 2 uncooked? 1/4 cup uncooked is 160 Cal's n 36 grams of carbs can someone tell me? I exercise 3 hours 6 days a week mostly weights with small amount of cardio. Rest of my diet will be protein n fats. I weigh 170.
