Hi all I've been noticing that when I eat rice for dinner (~350 calories or 100gr) I'm heavier the day after (almost 2lb) even tough I eat the same roughly the same calories and macros, anyone does it know why this happens? Does rice absorb more water than other starches? Thanks.
