So my parents are both trying to loose weight, so all the food we eat is super low calorie, and tastes like dog****.We have nothing in the pantry or fridge except lentiles, and milk. Ive gained about 2 kg in my first year of lifting, but i also grew like 3 inches. For the past week, ive had a pretty normal eating week, and i get between 600-1000 calories a day. Im hungry pretty much all day, and my parents sort of mock me for trying to gain weight. How do i get in more calories
