Help me make a diet plan of these following food items PLEASE!

Weight - 101 pounds
height - 5'8
goal - weight gain
program - fierce 5

so i made a list of all the healthy high carbs food items which i can afford and are easily available to me all around the year but im getting difficulty in deciding how to eat them.

here they are-

eggs
brown bread
gram flour bread
chickpeas
dry fruits - almonds,raisins,cashews
milk
bananas
oats
apples
potatoes
tomatoes
whey protein powder

not so healthy food items that i can still eat cuz my situations just too bad-
white bread
white rice

Can you guys please be kind enough to Help me make a diet plan of these following food items please?! :c
