Im new to the macro counting and i have found my bulking calories to be 2600 with a desk job.
My question is, i play football (soccer) on thursdays and saturdays, by how much should i increase my calories for these days?
Thursday is an hour training and fitness
Saturday is a full 90 minuet+ game
