I have been following a strict low carb diet plan for the last 1.5 weeks and can already see some good results. However, there is something that bothers me and I cant seem to let go .
Every morning before work , I go to a little coffee shop around the corner and get myself a flat white (about 70cal) . Now black coffee is good I know , however, this flat white is half semi skimmed milk. I dont have any other for the whole day , just that .
Do you think this could hinder any fatloss ?
