Hi, im bulking ,its going well but i have a hard time eating for that, but im not doing anything physical except weight lifting & im about to join MMA. should i immediately increase my calories when i join? or increase them slowly from where i am right now?. What should i do? I am confused im afraid il lose weight (not muscle as protein will remain high & weight lifting will continue).
