Hello everyone,
4 years ago, I was 250lb diagonised with hypothyoid. 2 years ago, I was 146lb. I lost that amount of weight because I minimized alot in my food. I look skinny; however, u could see some fat in my abdominal part. There is also loose skin due to the severe loss. Now, after discovering that I am 12% body fat, I have decided to build muscles and go in a clean bulk style. I eat between 2100-2300 Cal for my bulk. My maintenance is 2050 Cal. Does boosting up the carbs affect my thyroid? Will that make me gain significant fat instead of muscle?
I am new to lifting and bodybuilding.
I started my bulk 3 weeks ago. Since then, I have gained 3lbs. Now I am 147.6lb
My goal is to build muscles, but most importantly to minimize the skin loss by toning them up.
