Food diary - Is this good enough?

Hi, I'm male 5,10 - around 150lbs, I lift weights 3x a week and do moderate exercise. Is the food/macros I'm eating good enough? Also am I getting enough vitamins/minerals? I don't really care about losing weight or gaining weight, I mainly lift for enjoyment.

I should note that the meal I eat for dinner changes, I eat salmon 2x a week and Chicken when I feel like it.
