Counting Meat Or Chicken

Ok everyone says weigh raw.

I've been doing this but using the raw calories in my total for the day.

Example chicken breast 110 per 4oz times 4 is 440 calories.

Cooked it says 187.

So my question is after I cook it since it's now probably 12oz do I count for just 12 calories or do I assign all 16oz the cooked value?
