Hello, i have lost tons of weight and for my height i seem to be kinda lean with my weight but i'm not..i'm lean everywhere except the lower belly, under the belly button. i'm 175cm and 67.5KG yet i still have a pooch protruding its not soft but quite hard, i can see my top 4 abs when i flex or unflexed under good lightening (pic on my profile)...i dunno if it will go away the more i train or i have to cut some kind of foods, even though i eat 95% of the time good food
