Bulking help

I have seen alot of posts about this recently but none of them are really relateable.

Im currently 82kg/180lbs, 5ft 9in, 19 years old and about 15% bf and eating 3500kcal a day with a 2956kcal maintainance.

Am i eating too much or too little? Any suggestions on what i could change?
