I've been dieting for a week now, started at 130 before and now circle around 128, here is my meal plan
Non-workout days:
1 Protein shake : 103 kcal, 20 gr Protein
5 eggs : 315 kcal, 27,5 gr Protein
400 gr Low fat-Yoghurt: 140 kcal, 14 gr Protein
100 gr chicken breast: 165 kcal, 28 gr Protein
10 gr Olive oil: 85 kcal
100 gr peanuts: 600 kcal, 26 gr Protein
225 frozen veggies: 280 kcal
50 gr Peanut butter: 275 kcal, 25 gr Protein
100 gr sour cream: 210 kcal, 3 gr Protein
65 gr Mozzarella: 221 kcal, 17 gr Protein
This makes around 2400 kcal per day + 160 gr Protein. Im a student so moderately active and get around 6000 steps a day.
Workout days:
50 gr Peanut Butter extra: 275 kcal, 25 gr Protein
65 gr Mozzarella extra: 221 kcal, 17 gr Protein
This makes around 2900 kcal+ 202,5 gr Protein. Usually lift heavy weights, no cardio right now
Currently i can't get off the 128, started taking pictures and looked a little more muscular. Have i gained muscle and is that the reason while im currently still on 128 ? Or is there anything you would change about this diet ?
