So a few stats, I’m 16, 155 lbs, and 5’10” currently been swapping around my calorie numbers during my bulk. I’m sitting at around 3200 now, I don’t know how to feel about the normal recommend calories since I’m a teen and I’ve heard we need more. What do you guys think? Should I bump them down? Or stay where I’m at? (I also do SL 5x5 3x a week)
