Stunting fat distribution?

So, long story short. I am a relatively thin girl. I weigh 104 lbs at 14 years of age. the rest of the girls in my family, however, have a very feminine frame and have fat distribution in "womenly" areas (Thighs, glute, chest/breast).

Being insecure, about two years ago I've started working out. This has made me got rid of the fat/curves I already had and made me very unhealthily thin. Now, I think I'm at an average place. I am carb cycling to get a lean flat stomach and yet curvy lower body built of muscle (and upper arm, back, and shoulder strength) as well and doing home workouts and weightlifting.

But I want to look like the rest of my family and have that figure.

I know this will happen with time as my body changes throughout puberty and my hormones change and such, but, I still work very hard.

Lately, I've realized- will all this muscle building affect how much fat is stored there (Thighs, glute, chest/breast) when I grow up? Have I screwed up? Can I continue to work out as it makes me feel happier and stronger, or have i "stunt my fat distribution for when I grow up"?

Thank you, any answers are highly appreciated.
