Breakfast question

I am currently on a eating life style to lose body fat percentage.

I am getting tired of eating eggs and spinach in the morning so I came up with a new idea to start my day off (hopefully).

My question is, think it is a bad idea to have a breakfast burrito to start my day?

I was thinking of these items... wrap, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp of fresh salsa, some cheese and spinach. Is that too many carbs to begin my day??

side note: I go to work after breakfast which is construction work, so it's not like I go sit behind the desk.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
