Should I still bulk on my rest days?

Hey,
I’m 14 years old and a beginner bodybuilder, doing SL 5x5 (a popular program for bodybuilding).
I was doing a ppl program which was 3 days on 1 day off and going to SL which is a program only 3 days on in a week was quite a change. I’m bulking atm but on rest days I am not sure if I should be eating as much as I don’t do much physical activity (mainly on weekends as have sports at school during the week). I weight 56kg so I’m about average although I probably have an above average muscle mass.
Should I still eat as much as I do on days with workouts on rest days?
