Muscle loss from several days of low calories and protein?

I’m coming off a week long bout with the flu. My appetite is slowly coming back, but for the first few days of being sick I had ZERO appetite and was barely able to force down a few hundred calories/day...mostly fruit, no protein...also haven’t lifted in 6 days...

Curious how several days of no lifting + no protein affected my lean mass? Is it too short a time frame to have made much impact?
