Besides eggs and oatmeal, what are some other things I can have for breakfast?
I understand breakfast food is just a social construct thing and I can really eat anything but it's hard to get over that hurdle of thinking. So I was wondering what else there is that's really easy to make and won't require me cooking a huge meal. I meal prep lunch and dinner, i don't want to start meal prepping breakfast too, so I wanted something quicker.
Any ideas?
