Why does Myfitness Pal beef sirloin cooked vs raw doesnt match?

Most of the forum i read recommend to key in raw when counting calories but like all fitness tracker it has cooked and uncooked. I weight my beef sirloin raw 200g. I also weight cooked which is 100g which is half the weight of raw. Out of curiosity i checked at myfitness pal and the calories and macros between cooked and raw is different. 200g raw will give me 400 calorie (25g fat, 42g protein) where cooked 100g is 200 calorie (10g fat, 28g protein). Thats 200 calorie different and 15g of fat different! Which one should i stick with?
