Hi guys so i've been going to the gym for a few years now. During that time i made some ok strength gains. However, the problem is i struggle to eat enough.
I do a lot of exercise and i've never been a big eater. Also i have adopted a "clean" eating lifestyle which makes it hard for me to eat big.
I'm 5'7 and 70 kgs. Maybe 10-11% body fat. I like the fact that i have abs and i'm very lean but i know that it just isn't optimal for my body constantly falling into deficits.
Usually i eat like this;
breakfast - eggs, oatmeal, protein shake
snacks - nut bars , greek yoghurt
lunch - wholemeal bread , brown rice, olive oil, tuna, chicken sweet potato etc
dinner - steak, chicken , rice , pasta, vegetables, salad etc
as you can see i eat "clean" 24/7.
But doing so it's hard to eat a lot of food. Does anyone know what i can do? This proble is really frustrating because i feel a massive difference when i eat properly (eat enough)and when i don't - low energy, poor recovery etc. feel hungry etc
