Up cals or keep?

Hi guys. Over past few months due to work commitments I have only been able to follow a three day a week programme. I have been eating 3350 a week over the past few weeks and gaining around half a pound.

Come next week I have more time and will be going to 5x a week.

Would you suggest upping my cals a hundred or so or waiting a few weeks and 're evaluating?

I just don't want to waste a few weeks if it's obvious I should up my cals
