Lately, I have been putting on weight for absolutely no reason.
I'm a 5'8" female at 58kg. I eat roughly 1300-1400 calories. And I'm gaining weight. I'm not underestimating my calories as I measured how much I'm eating more than 3 times and it comes out that much. I only eat 2 meals a day. No snacks or anything. I have been eating this way for around a year.
So, is my metabolism damaged or what? I have been thinking of slowly increasing my calorie intake a bit at a time to get to my maintainance then cut. Can I do this without gaining any more weight? Do you have a better approach?
I do HIIT 3 times a week and strength on the other 3; rest for the 7th.
