I'm pretty wary of incorporating supplements that produce a minimal and/or theoretical benefit and only supplement w/ whey, creatine, and fish oil. But I am curious about supplementing w/ leucine - whether it's effective and whether it's necessary for someone who already drinks 2-3 whey shakes per day. Any thoughts?
