Quick question. So i've established my daily calorie amount to lose fat (1860) using a calculator and also worked out my macros from that. I'm using myfitnesspal to keep track of my calories but I was wondering, if I'm excersizing during the day and I add a run onto the fitness pal lets say it adds an extra 400 cals on for the day, does this mean I get the 400 extra to eat or was the original 1860 i've calculated already including my 'moderate' excersize level as per the calculator.
