Alright guys ans girls, just a quick one. What do you guys eat/suggest to eat for a pre workout meal? I usually have oats and banana or chicken and rice but i just dont think the amount of carbs im eating is enough. I usually start burning with say 1 exercise left to do. I take pre workout and creatine before my workout. Thankyou
