Hi im currently 190 cm tall and weigh 76 kg. I want to maintain my current physique. Every calculator i fill in gives me 2700-2800 calories a day . But I currently only eat 2300 a day. I maintain with these few calories and im afraid i migth add fat to me if i eat more cals.
I weigth train 5 times a week for about 30 minutes each time. Any suggestions or tips? Should i eat as much, im currently on 15% body fat.
