Hey guys.
I'm rejoining the gym in February as I have a holiday booked for October and I'm also going back into rugby. I would like to bulk up for it. As it stands I'm 18st. But not in a good way. I wouldn't say I am out of shape in other comparisons to people of the same weight but if like to turn myself into a well built lad.
I work 3 nights on 3 nights off so my body is permanently working the opposite to the usual person. On my days off work I still wake up at 4pm and go to sleep at 7am the following morning. Hence writing this post. So at 4pm for example. I am having breakfast. At 7am when I'm home I am having dinner.
The problem is, as a child I used to eat everything in my path, now I'm older I have flashbacks to those days. I can't stand eggs, tuna, cheese, salmon and other dairy products.
I currently live off chicken, curries, cereal and sandwiches at work. I need help if I am to make this plan work. I'll be in the gym 3 days a week on my rest days so that is the hardest problem for me to avoid the take aways.
Can somebody please help me with this. As stated I have my workouts planned but its the diet side where I need help.
Thanks.
Mark
