Nutrition for a beginner

Hi I'm 62kg and 15.7% body fat, I have recently started lifting but I'm not sure if I should cut to 10% so I can bulk during summer or stay on my daily maintenance caloric allowance as I heard this will maximise my muscle growth. I have 52kg of lean mass and 168cm
