Help calculating macros for diet

Hi guys,

I am getting really confused with what I should be eating in terms of protein, fat etc.

Up until today I have been eating 2500 calories per day and out of this, I was eating 150 grams of protein and 55 grams of fat.

I worked out the calories that I should be having using the how to calculate macros, in the nutrition section of the forum on this website (Can't link to it as I am a noobie).

I also used the site linked in that same thread to calculate my TDEE.

However, I noticed that I am slowly losing weight on the above plan. I started 1 month ago at 142 pounds and now I am 139 pounds.

So as per the above bodybuilding.com post, I have decided to increase my calories. I am increasing by 200, making my daily intake 2700.
Hopefully that is sensible?

However, I don't know if I should be sticking with the minimum protein and fat -
Protein minimum: 0.7 gram per pound of bodyweight - 97.3 grams
Fat minimum: 0.4 gram per pound of bodyweight - 55.6 grams

Or if those figures should be increased as my calories increase?

I have done a lot of reading on this forum, and I feel like I know a lot more now than I knew a month ago, but now its made me realise how little I really do know!!

I hope you guys can give me a little advise or some more pointers on the above plan.

Thanks in advance, all info and help that I get here is hugely appreciated.
