Necessary to take high glycemic index carbs post-workout during bulk ?

Is it necessary to eat high glycemic index carbs post -workout for someone who gets fat easily (endomorph) during clean bulking ?

Or should I keep going with low glycemic index carbs as I am sensitive to carbs and have bf around %15 ? taking high or low glycemic index carbs post-workout makes difference when comes to muscle grow ?
