Hi, i'm currently just turned 17, been lifting consistently for around 2 years, with my first year being inconsistent. Im 6'2", 99KG, I'd say honestly, around 20% maybe higher, BF%.
I've always eaten healthy compared to people around me e.g meal prepping for a day with high protein and carbs and restricting lots of sugar. I have only recently began tracking my macros using my fitness pal which has been a tremendous help to me as I have realised that I really needed to be eating more. I have always had a high metabolic rate but im finding it very difficult to put size on. Currently i eat around 4500 calories a day, barely managing to eat that much due to school and other things. Ive been weighing myself every often and still have struggled to gain weight. My macros are around 200g protein, 550g carbs and 100g of fat. (Im not too restrictive at all on these numbers just as long as I hit my protein and fats.)
Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can pack on some size before my first cut around april? Cheers :)
