I'll start with the TLDR...
How quickly do you folks lose strength when you cut? Is it right at the beggening? Somewhere in the middle or only once you pass a certain body fat percentage?
Do you lose strength throughout your whole cut proportionately for the amount of weight you lose? Would love for anyone that's willing to share their experiences.
My dilemma: currently in the middle of a failed bulk where I gained weight too fast and put on substantial amount of fat. I did add weight to the bar which is great but am scared I'm just going to lose it once I enter a deficit.
I started my bulk the first week of October at a pretty lean 170 pounds (somewhere between 12-15%). and I'm currently 190 ish pounds today.
