Stats: 6'2" 205lb.
my goal is to put on as much strength from Stronglifts and Madcow this year. Running SL 5x5 for 12-16 weeks or until I have to deload, then switching to madcow cycles for the rest of the year.
Any changes I can make to my current diet to make sure I'm not plateuing when I don't need to?
My diet right now is:
4:30am Breakfast: 8 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, Scoop of cytogreens
gym
work
lunch: protein shake
work
Dinner: 1lb of lean beef.. water, 5g creatine.
Works out to less than 20 carbs and 200g of protien while staying under 2k calories. Any changes I can make?
