How much protein powder can I top up with in a day?

Right, trying to get to grips with this macros and eating right stuff.

Today I’m so close !

I’m bang on with fat, 71g (don’t ask how, happy accèdent)

I’m a 20g over with carbs (mmm Donut)

But I’m 50g down with protein.

Can i just knock back the relevant amount of protein powder mixed with water and try again better tomorrow ?

Or is there a limit to how much protein powder you can use in a day?
