I have overtraining syndrome, im getting all the side affects fatigue, mental confusion, fat deposits in my mid section. I train full body 6 days a week at high intensity i know i haven't been getting enough rest for how much i train and i overtrain on top of that. I finally found the reason im sluggish and not the same in my workouts.. Im scared because i don't want to loose gains. Im not to sure how much time to take off to let my muscle recover. I am just happy i realized it but i know i've already lost gains do to overdoing it and not recovering and repeating the cycle. And i need to know how bad this will affect me moving forward. Someone help
