Just started a diet program and following the 12 weeks hardcore training program from kris.
I’m 5”4 start weight was 168.8lbs with 17% body fat. I do 6+ hours of intense training with 20min cardio everyday.
I work hard labor out side digging to pulling coax fiber or moving heavy equipment.
My current macros that I’ve been on right now are :
Protein : 180g protein, sometimes may go up to 215g
Carbs : 170g may slight go over by 2-5g but always stay under 180g
Fat : natural occurring fats from protein. Tend to be around 40-55g
I spread my macros almost evenly thru out the day but I tend to eat more of carbs in my first meal and 1 hour before the gym. I may sometimes leave some for post work out.
I’m not really counting calories at the moment just making sure I’m reaching my macros.
I started the program about a week and a half ago. My weight is going down. Currently at 164-165lbs, BF: haven’t checked it yet since my first check which was 17% at 168.
I’m trying to ge some lean muscle while cutting fat.
Can someone let me know if I’m going in the right direction with this. Also I notice my calories tend to be around 1800-1900 at the end of the day.
