Hello , I'm new in the community and have a couple questions

So I'm an 18 year old - 59 kg skinny dude and recently joined the gym I workout 5 time s a week my coach gave me a bulking plan which is the following :
Regular breakfast + 1 banana
100 grams of chicken + 200 grams of rice + Salad
100 grams of red meat + steamed potatoes
50 grams of Peanuts or almonds + one piece of Fruit
Pre-workout Banana
After workout steamed potatoes
Before bed 100 grams of macroni + 150 grams of meat
This nutrition plan feels a bit too much for someone my weight as my goal is to gain muscle but not too much fat
Following this plan I would eat 3000 calories + a day which feels a bit too much
