New User - Critique my Diet

Hi All,

New to this forum, and I wanted to get some feedback on my diet. I'm currently doing a clean bulk, and I am pretty happy with my diet; however, I am open to feedback that may serve to improve my results. I am hoping to put on as much muscle mass as possible while gaining minimal amounts of fat. A little bit about my progress: I'm about 5'10" and since I started a little under 5 months ago, I've gone from 178 pounds, 36 inch waist to 157.5 pounds, 29.5 inch waist. In that time my lifts have all pretty much increased. I've gone from 110lb benchpress max to 255lb max, 70lb shoulder press max to 160lb max, etc. With that stated, I'll get right into my diet breakdown (if you need more info about lifestyle, gym routine, etc. feel free to ask and I'll be happy to provide more information):
