First time working out in over 2 years ??

It’s my first time working out in over 2 years I’m 21 5’ 8”/9” and around 170lbs don’t know my body fat but I have a decent amount on me would probably shift with like 2-4 month cut but I have not much muscle mass or strength so decided to clean bulk for a few month then cut to see where I’m at. My macros are 175P 300C 70-75F Calories are around 2596 so about 300 calorie surplus would just like thoughts on my macros and plan to bulk first then cut ???
