Hey guys, been searching around and finding a lot of conflicting answers online so wanted to ask this forum the best diet while doing the 5x5.
I'm 28 years old, 5'5, 147 pounds but have high body fat % at 21%. I'd like to maintain this weight but decrease the body fat % eventually down to 10% while gaining muscle and losing the fat. What is the best diet for this? Also I am getting married in 4 months - so any 'extreme' stuff I can do I will!
The general advice I have received is to have a high protein diet (1-1.5g per lb) and low carbs but I am not sure in terms of calories what I should do?
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
