I’ve just started training again. Goals are to gain muscle mass whilst staying moderately lean.
I’m not ready to jump straight back into a stupidly clean diet, so my plan is to build myself back into that. Currently eating 200g of ready cooked chicken with broc**** and a bag of uncle bens rice(250g) 3 times a day
With oats/peanut butter/whey protein - shakes inbetween these meals. Is this a good enough starting diet to support my goals?
