hey guys
just wondering, how do you cover up your fats during diet?
usually i start off the day with cottage cheese, low fat quark, lean meats like turkey and chicken lots of vegetables and in the evening i always end up at about 30g of fat and forcefully eat peanuts to try to cover them anyway..
any thoughts??
