Is there too little amount of calories?I am male 5'10 approx 325#. I lift weights daily and i am tacking my food. I can not seem to hit my caloric goal. I should be around 2100 to lose weight and I am having a hard time hitting 1400. I just restarted meal prepping and paying attention. Any thoughts??
