I get home from school at around 20 past 3, and I feel absolutely wiped out after school, mostly mentally obviously but it definitely affects my performance because I feel too tired to give my workout everything I've got.
I tend to just have some coffee and maybe some fruit, wait about 20 mins then lift, but I need a better way. Could anybody suggest something I could have to give me energy before workouts which isn't too filling, and also how long should I really be waiting to workout after this?
