Just wondered if I could get some advice on the following calorie/macro setup for optimal workouts etc.
My goal is to lose fat. I'm ok with the muscular size I am and dont want to get big because I do alot of cardio so my main goal is to lose the fat and perhaps gain a small amount of muscle. I've read the stickies etc and used the calculator on the site and this is what I've come up with so far:
Cals: 1800 per day
Split: 180g carb/180g protein/40g fat
(Using the stickies I calculate my minimum protein intake as per my weight to be about 94g protein and 54g fats, this is why I wanted further opinions)
I do weight lifting for one hour or more every morning 5x a week. I also train martial arts 3-4 times a week for 1.5-2hrs in the evenings. I usually run in evenings 3-5miles 3x a week on my off days. My job involves a lot of walking so i'm usually up and about most of the day during the week as well. I wondered if this calorie calculation and split sounds about right for what i'm doing? My stats are the following:
Height: 163CM
Weight: 134lbs/60.8KG
