Bulk or cut

Hey im 5 Months into weight lifting started from skinnyfat and Still am tbh with a little bit of muscle mass but i feel like im gaining alot fat. Been on a 400 calorie surplus 5 Months now idk should i cut back on calories or bulk up. I have some pics In my profile
