My brother is 16 and currently bulking. He’s been messaging me most days what he’s eating and it’s a ridiculous amount of fat?! Yesterday he had 170g and a lot of it is through chocolate bars/microwave burgers(rustlers),crisps etc. He also has these 1,000 calories shakes made up of frozen fruit/peanut butter/oil - he doesn’t seem to listen when I say how unhealthy this is, but should it be something for concern? What should he be eating instead to bulk cleaner?
