Can you guys give me some suggestions on how much to lose etc I’ve been at a slight surplus since I started lifting a year ago. My lifts are up a whole bunch which I’m thankful for I workout 5 times a week doing 5/3/1 bbb and my estimated 1rms according to my amraps are 240 bench, 310 squat, 350 dl, 140 ohp( can’t progress on this lift worth a **** lol). I feel like I’ve been gaining a lot more fat then muscle tho it may just be me not counting cals right but according to my tdee I should be eating 2500 for maintenance but I don’t know my exact tdee. I can be honest and say I haven’t been counting calories but I rarely eat in general and it’s hard for me to even get 160g of protein without the help of my protein shake after the gym which is 2 scoops of 50g of whey. When I was very strict I was eating around 1600 cals and lost 2 lbs within that first week of cutting that many cals out it was horrible so know I’ve just been eating around 2000 and have recently started to drink a 1gal jug of water a day to help. And I always feel like I get very booted after anything I eat no matter what it is.
